Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  For those of you that have just spilled your coffee thinking this was just a wind-up... NO... it's for real, believe me i can testify to the pain so far (just thinking about it...)

Over 9 days in June 2010, I will be taking part in the Deloitte Ride Across Britain cycling over 1,000 miles from John O'Groats to Lands End to raise money for ParalympicsGB.

The "JOGLE" will be a real challenge for me, and whilst it is clearly downhill all the way, it is against the prevailing wind.

Please give generously for ParalympicsGB,  the charity which supports GB athletes through each Paralympic Games. In 2008, ParalympicsGB came second in the medal table in Beijing.

With the 2012 Games just around the corner, they need support to make sure their athletes are ready to compete against the world’s best in London.

Over the next four years Deloitte have set a target to raise £1 million for Paralympics GB and in supporting me, you'll be helping to reach that goal.
