Hi all

I will be taking part in the Prudential Ride London on 29th July 18, a 100 mile bike ride around London and Surrey, finishing on The Mall.

My Uncle Tony sadly lost a long fight with his heart disorder towards the end of last year but he spent his last couple of weeks at the Hospice of St Francis in Berkhamsted. They provided incredible care and emotional support for both him and his family. So I am doing this as a thank you and to help them continue their brilliant work for others in need.

It isn't until you experience the work charities like this do for us all that you really begin to realise their importance. Whether it is medical or emotional support, for individuals and their families during those difficult times. 

Any donation you are able to provide will be gratefully received. It will certainly make all my early morning training worthwhile, although I am not sure I have done enough!
