Last year my best friend was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer, her treatment started this year and she is on the way to recovery. 

Whilst shielding together, we began planning for the future and decided to set some goals, the usual get fit, lose some weight and raise some money for charity amongst others.

During one of these chats I voiced several inadvertent  agreeing noises and have been registered for this .......

Whilst the reality of what I have signed up for sinks in I'm looking to raise money for these charities to help people like my wife who are diagnosed with Cancer, and to support them and their families through the tough times to the good and to contribute to the continuing research that is working towards abolishing this heartbreaking disease.
