We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

Over the past years I have lost my Grandmother, my Uncle and my Mother in Law to various forms of 'Alzheimer's'.  My brothers Mother in law is now suffering and two of my close friends are now caring for a parent with this illness. In addition a musician :Robert John Godfrey of The Enid, a band that had such an effect on my late teenage life, is now suffering. So all in all I have a lot of very good reasons to devote a bit of my time and energy to raise some money for the Alzheimer's Society and ask for your encouragment and support in taking on this walking marathon.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
