Our family have supported the Pepper Foundation children’s charity for many years by performing in the annual Pepper Rock show. 

Unfortunately, due to the current crisis the October show has had to be cancelled this year. This flagship event has raised tens of thousands of pounds over three decades for this wonderful small charity that funds children’s hospice at home nursing care in Bucks and Herts.

To help, I have crazily signed up to run a double bill of challenges in October. Starting on Sunday 4th with The Marathon @ Dorney Lake in Windsor and just three weeks later I will be taking on the Stort 30 mile Ultra Marathon in Bishops Stortford on 25th October.

I have set myself a target of £1000 and it would be wonderful if you would consider helping me by donating and sharing my post to make all the hours of training worthwhile 😊.
