We support people with dementia in Scotland to make sure nobody faces dementia alone

Story

Hugh and myself are planning to attempt the West Highland Way this October in 2 days. Last year I walked it in 4 days but this year I will be cycling the route with my charming and handsome cycling buddy Hugh Boyd, we will both be doing this for Alzheimer's Scotland. Sadly Naomi has not made it past the stabilizers yet so she cannot join us!

Alzheimer's Scotland is a charity Naomi and her sister Sareta have supported, and I will be doing the same in memory of Khem, their late father who passed away earlier this year having suffered from dementia.

We plan to set off early on Saturday 9 Oct from Milngavie to Bridge of Orchy (~60 miles) then onto Fort William (~40 miles) the next day hopefully with only a few punctures and no buckled wheels (see photo 2!)
