I've persuaded friends from Cor Meibion Machynlleth and the Mach area to join me to cycle the 250 mile journey from Holyhead to Cardiff over 4 days in May to raise money for a Chemotherapy Unit at Bronglais Hospital, Aberystwyth. My wife, Dr Elin Jones, ran 10km in 2018, which has inspired me and others to fulfil our own challenge whilst raising money for this amazing cause. I'm amazed over 40 of us have taken on this challenge. Thank you for your support as every penny helps. Unfortunately, COVID put our plans on hold, but we are now back in training and hoping to raise an amazing amount for this fabulous cause!

Erbyn hyn, rydym nol yn treinio ag yn gobeithio cawn ni godi swn haeddiannol i'r achos arbennig yma.
