Being active and enjoying the great outdoors keeps me grounded and focused as well as fit. It has such a positive impact on my mental health and well being. So I am trekking 26.2 miles from Glencoe to the foot of Ben Nevis with an incredible team of people by my side to raise money for Health in Mind. Mental health is discussed far more now but it still lingers where nobody dares to go and I want to make it my mission to raise awareness as well as funds to help those who need the support.

We all know someone who may not be in a good place mentally, whether it's obvious or not. Some people struggle alone and some people can't continue to live with that struggle. I've seen the devastation that's caused and it is truly heartbreaking. Health in Mind provide much needed support via counselling, art therapy, crisis response, outreach projects and so, so much more!

All donations little and large are H U G E L Y appreciated and with every gruelling step I take i'll be thinking of every single penny!
