Story

This is an exciting time for a mental health initiative that is very close to my heart!

Jumpers For Goalposts (J4G) is a new volunteer-run movement that encourages men of different ages, races, backgrounds and abilities to come together for an old-fashioned game of football using ‘jumpers for goalposts’. The idea is the brainchild of Ballybrack mental health activist Keith Kelly.

Now, the country's longest standing mental health charity Mental Health Ireland is getting involved and supporting the amazing work being done by J4G.

The proceeds from my Mondello 24 fundraiser will go directly to supporting J4G - the possibilities of this are endless. It's only getting started!

I've completed many endurance events in the past for various causes, mainly for Mental Health initiatives.

- Completed 70 marathons to date

- 100KM Ultra marathon

- North Pole Marathon

- Dublin to Belfast Ultra Marathon

Now I'll take on Mondello 24 Cycling Challenge on October 16th - 24 hours of cycling around the famous Mondello Race Track.
