Max and I have decided to bring a bit of humour to our summer attempting the Tough Mudder south-west on the 18th of August. 

We are running to fundraise for the fantastic charity The Survivors Trust (TST). TST do great working helping to support the victims of sexual violence, a horrifyingly frequent occurrence still present in our society. A donation to our "fun run" will help support these victims through a difficult time in their lives with the added bonus of helping Max to lose his new beer belly.
