I am #RunningForReg to help Age Concern fund the amazing lifeline of friends and companions for the chaps who don’t get a chance to socialise and interact.

Please support me while I run for Reg – and his friends in the borough. 

On Sunday March 24thI’m running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on behalf of Age Concern Epsom and Ewell.  We are raising money to allow Age Concern to provide more opportunities for older gentlemen, such as Reg (pictured),  to enjoy getting together for some fun social activities. 

Any donation you can give will go a long way - £10 helps to train and fund a friend for someone like Reg for a month, so your money does go far!  It’s so important to look after the older generation - they totally rock!

In Epsom & Ewell each week 1 in 5 elderly people don't know who to turn to for advice, friendship or practical help. So every week that is what we do! Spending time, providing affordable taxi driving, providing practical services for them and giving advice. All essential services!
