I am running the 10km 'Ben's Day' run in support of the the Ben Johnson Forget Me Not Foundation. The charity was founded under tragic circumstances following the death of my closest friend Ben Johnson. So far we have raised in excess of £100,000, all of which goes to helping support children with blood cancers.
