Earlier this year one of our closest friends mums was sadly diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. 

A cruel diagnosis for someone so warm, caring and always quick to offer support to anyone and everyone around her.

That's why myself and a number of our school friendship group will be running the Hackney Half Marathon to raise money for the charity, Find a Voice - an organisation close to her heart. 

Find a Voice does amazing work supporting people with learning difficulties to communicate, helping them to live fuller, more independent lives. 

We are running to raise money not only for the brilliant work the charity does, but also to show our support to this brilliant lady. 

So fuck you cancer, and please if anyone has any spare pennies or pounds - they are greatly appreciated.
