In September I will be taking part in the Deloitte Ride Across Britain, from Lands end to John O' Groats. This is a journey of 960 miles in just 9 days, all via pedal power!

I signed up for this challenge having never ridden a road bike before, which led a few people to be less than polite about my chances... however I purchased a Specialized (pictured above) in April, and training is now in full swing. I plan to post the odd update on my progress to here, however if you would like to follow me through both the training and the gruelling journey I have included a link to my strava below.
