My name is Jake Aubrey and I'm climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with my good friend Chris Foggy Curtis on the 28th of July 2018 for 10 nights in the mountain.

We've been training very hard since the start of the year, between us we've done Snowdon, Southampton half marathon, weekly runs, swimming and bike rides.

All this is in aid of supporting Sophie's appeal charity that support the social, emotional welfare of children, their families, nursing and support staff and provide a caring and supporting environment in both local hospitals and in the community.
