It has been a life long dream to run the London marathon. Many of you who know me know that sport has played a massive role in my life. From starting off as a swimming and football coach to becoming a Physical Education teacher, sport has shaped who am I and I love all aspects of it. 

Understanding the importance of sport and exercise has encouraged me to do all that I can to engage and excite young people to come involved in sport and keep active. 

I am running the marathon not only as a personal goal but to raise as much money as I can for the youth sports trust. I have seen first hand the way in-which sport can positively impact children and young peoples lives. The youth sport trust is an amazing charity which provides the platform for many to access sport and stay engaged. 

I really hope you can support me and the youth sports trust by donating what ever you can.
