Story

My colleagues at Sky have organised a charity 5 a side football tournament that will involve teams from all across our region coming together to raise money for Mind - Mental Health Charity.

Like many people out there, I have had my own problems with mental heath, but have found the services that charities such as Mind offer incredibly helpful and influential in getting through my own journey.

In the last few days it has been reported that in 2018 the rate of death by suicide rose by 11.8%. A shocking statistic, and something that can surely be prevented. I, along with my colleagues want to raise as much as possible to help support such an incredible cause so we can help be a part of breaking the stigma around mental health and help people who greatly need it.

Anything big or small would be greatly appreciated, so please if you have anything you can spare, please do donate.
