Story

I started 2017 living in Italy and I spent my summer climbing Mount Kilimanjaro so I've decided to end this crazy year on a crazy note.

In December I will be taking on the outrageous plunge in attempting my most daring challenge to date! In cold, cold Iceland I will be tasked with 24 hours of non-stop obstacle racing! I need to complete 6 laps of 5 miles to get a medal- to "finish" but am I stopping there? Am I heck! I want 10, that's right, 10 laps! (50 miles!!)

PCD Family Support Group is a charity that has been close to my heart-  my best friend Euan Copeland, his brother, and his family have been affected by PCD, which stands for Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia. You can see Euan's, and his family's story by following this link: https://www.blf.org.uk/your-stories/growing-up-with-pcd

With your help, the PCD Family Support Group can continue providing support to those with PCD, their parents and their families. It can help provide information on the condition and raises money in order to promote research into the condition and its diagnosis.

Any donation, however big or small, is a real show of support to me, my dear friends Euan and his family and other patients with the condition. I thank you in advance and hope you'll join me in wishing me luck for this ridiculous event I've got myself into!
