Firstly thanks for taking the time to visit this page

I have always been someone who is willing to sit back and watch other people work hard for a good cause, however that's all about to change!!

This year I will be running in my very first Great North Run and doing so for a cause very close to my families heart 'Durham Wildlife Trust' who's work goes toward managing nature reserves, running conservation projects and deliver environmental education activities.

Not only this but I will be running alongside my Sister and my Dad, who swears its his 20th and last GNR but we will see about that. For those who know me you will be all to aware how tough a task this is for someone who has just had a one week bender in Ibiza.
