Hi there! 

Soon I'll be joining 14,000 runners taking over the streets of London for some great causes. As many of you know I enjoy running a little and I'm very excited to run around the capital for the first time whilst also raising money for the Nepal Leprosy Trust.

NLT do great work supporting communities in Nepal, from providing patient facilities at local clinics, to supporting affected families with education. Nepal remains one of the poorest countries in the world, 8th from bottom in global GDP per capita with slow economic growth. The past few years have also been tough with the 2015 earthquakes and difficult monsoon rains of 2017. 

Please help me raise money for NLT by sponsoring my London 10,000 and help them continue to change lives.
