Story

We thought it would be good to have some fun in September in order to raise some money for our firm's chosen charities and we would therefore like to launch the James Cowper Kreston September 30 Day Challenge.

It is really easy to get involved and we would love to see as many
of you join in as possible or support those that are getting involved.
The challenge is to sign up to challenge yourself to something related to 30. Perhaps it is to run 30 Miles / km in September, or be able to do 30 press ups/pull ups by the end of  September.

However, it does not have to be sport related, it could be 30 music recitals in a month or bake 30 cakes in a month!

About the charity

Dog A.I.D. changes lives by enabling physically disabled people across the UK to train their own pets to become qualified assistance dogs, supported by volunteer trainers. These dogs increase independence by helping with practical tasks, building confidence, reducing isolation and the need for care.
