Hey everyone ...

I ummed and arrred about fundraising for this half but Father Patrice of the Spiritans (Holy Ghost Fathers) came to Corpus Christi today and talk about their work in some of the poorest parts of the world providing outreach - practical help and spiritual. These are ordinary priests doing their best in extraordinary circumstances to spare those in poverty suffering.

They literally risk their lives for the people they are called to help - they are opposed by some governments who have shirked their responsibility to their own people. Some of their flock have died carrying out this work.

So it doesn't matter if you are religious or not BUT it would mean a lot to me if you could donate any amount towards this cause. I will do my part - I will run that half marathon - I will get as fast a time as possible - and practically your money will make a difference to those most in need.
