I am taking part in this triathlon to raise money for Macmillans after asking a work colleague who's life has recently and historically been affected greatly by cancer, which charity she would want me to raise money for, and really without hesitation she suggested MacMillans due to the selfless work of their nurses who carry out their work with dignity, pride and understanding.

I shall be swimming 750m, cycling 20km and running 5km. My main aim is to finish the race before it gets dark..... just to finish actually!
