I am an open water swimmer having swum Robben Island to Cape Town and very icy swims in other places such as Siberia in Russia.

My current project is to swim at or around 50 Castles around the world in celebration of my 50th birthday in January. On Friday I will be swimming in the castle moat at the Cape of Good Hope Castle in Cape Town.
