Throughout the lockdown my step count has been lower than ever before as I’m sure is the same for nearly all of us!!! 

Over the weekend of 23rd May 2020 I’m going to attempt to do 100k steps (this usually takes me a week to do) to raise money for Harpenden Mencap. 

My best friend of 8 and a half years, Sarah Higgins, has been working for the charity for 2 years and throughout the pandemic her and her colleagues have been continuing to care for their residents like the absolute troops that they are!! In her time there she has also done her bit by completing the three peak challenge in 24 hours in aid of the charity. 

This is a thank you to Sarah and her colleagues for what they do as carers/key workers throughout this challenging time.
