I did it! During my third attempt at the Birmingham Great Run (Half marathon) I broke my personal best by 8 minutes (and I was 15 minutes faster than two years ago)! I had a mild cold and headache but tried and succeeded. I finished in 1:43:24 (with a sore knee but that will pass). Thank you to everyone who supported me.
