Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page...

I thought it was time to update this as the date looms...

Who knew writing this would be so hard.. but here we go (attempt 6!)..

Over the last 18 months MIND have really supported me with my own personal challenges with various issues that I wouldn't have been able to deal with without their help, the NHS support and of course my close friends!

Someone on hand from MIND to talk to when at my lowest, signposting where to go for help when I couldn't focus, offering sound advice and guidance when needed, and helping me to unravel my challenges one step at a time.

With the help of the NHS and MIND I am continuing to fight this so called demon and working hard on myself daily, with the support of MIND and my friends I am winning the battle!

So I am here asking for donations to support MIND the excellent charity to  help continue supporting those with Mental Health challenges... oh and it would help push my lazyitis across that finish line!
