Back at Easter, I put on my trainers and attempted to run for the very first time. Needless to say, I wasn’t very good at it!

Since then, I’ve been pushing myself further and further with the intention of setting myself a 5k goal that I reached at the end of June with great difficulty. 

Now, I’m aiming high. I’m running the Cheshire 10k and training hard to reach my fitness in time. 

As most of you know, I’ve worked with Kidz2gether for seven years now supporting the trampolining and holiday activities. Their really does change lives, offering a safe, non-judgemental place for young Autistic children to thrive and offering support to our amazing families as well. Every penny goes towards supporting our fabulous young people and I’d love to raise a bit of cash for them. Every penny counts.
