Fundraising for Children in Crossfire
Story
Children in Crossfire (CiC) are doing incredible work with St Luke's hospital in Ethiopia to address the nutritional and health needs of vulnerable children.
With your kind donations last year to CiC, the team at St Luke’s Hospital provided life saving nutritional support in the following ways:
- Over 2,500 severely malnourished children received lifesaving treatment at a therapeutic feeding unit;
- Access to safe water provided to over 10,000 people in vulnerable communities;
- Extensive outreach and public health programme reduced instances of Severe Acute Malnutrition by 20%.
I know its been a tough year, but if you can spare anything and donate, even a little, I'd be most grateful and your donations will make a real difference.
In return, I will risk life and limb by abseiling down the Tower Museum, think really low budget Mission Impossible meets really low budget Tom Cruise.
