On October 13th this year, i will be trekking 70km along the great wall of china. Why? Because i want to raise money for such an incredible charity! The mental health foundation is a charity that is personally very close to my heart. There is so much stigma regarding menth health disorders that it is time to change it!! I want to help spread the word that there is nothing to be ashamed of and to speak up about any problems!
