PIP - Support adults with learning disabilities to achieve their potential by providing services at their centre in the hope to achieve the following goals: 

1. Increasing life skills
   
2. Building social skills
3. Leading a more independent life 
4. Improving health, well-being and self-esteem
5. Increasing social interactions within the community 
6. Happiness, comfort and improved quality of life for families and carers 

I have never cycled further than 2 miles/been to 2 spin classes in my life so I would really appreciate all the help and support to spur me on...
