I have recently been offered and accepted a voluntary placement as a researcher for a sexual health / HIV/ women's economic empowerment project in Malawi for seven months from April. The placement is fully funded but VSO asks all volunteers to raise funds to support their global work and to allow them to continue to send volunteers.

VSO is a global charity that brings people together to share skills and knowledge and in doing so, creates lasting change. It works through and with local partners and infrastructure.
