Last time I completed a 1/2 marathon I vowed never to do it again.  Now 3 years later and having chosen to support the Buddy Bag Foundation as Bell Cornwall recruitments Charity of the Year, I am doing it again!.

Buddy Bags deliver a small bag of joy (essential items like Pyjamas, socks & underwear but also a teddy and some books and photo frames) to children who are removed at very short notice from potentially violent or dangerous domestic circumstances.  In 3 years they have delivered over 50000!!
