We enable people with disabilities to do exciting adventure activities

Story

With ageing knees and too much weight around the midrift, I still feel I'll be able to get up Ben Nevis... well, I have to really... if paraplegic Shaun Gash (pictured above) can make it then I have no excuse!

I'm doing this for an amazing charity, Calvert Trust Exmoor, who provide outdoor activity breaks for people with all sorts of disabilities - physical, learning, sensory and behavioural. Their site in North Devon is like none other – 44 acres with a forest and a lake where people with disabilities can experience such activities as abseiling in a wheelchair, climbing, zip wire, biking, kayaking, horse riding, archery and bushcraft. Their work really can be life-changing.

Shaun is some bloke... wheelchair-bound, he has ascended Mt Kilimanjaro, completed Land's End to Jon O'Groats and jumped 15,000 ft from an aeroplane.

Please do support me in this challenge. Thank you.
