This September, I will be running the Great North Run to raise money for Arch North East, a very deserving charity which aims to empower those affected by rape and sexual violence. The work they do makes a real and lasting change for survivors and allows them to live a future with confidence and free from fear. 

As someone who averages around one spinning class a month, training and completing the Great North Run will be a massive challenge. However, raising money for such an amazing charity - which helps countless survivors - will help me get through it!

100% of Arch’s donations go directly to services to benefit survivors and victims. However, their yearly funding is not always guaranteed and so any donations, large or small, will be hugely appreciated.
