A young carer is a child who has
caring responsibilities in their home. This could be a family member who is
ill, disabled, has mental health problems or is misusing drugs or
alcohol. 

Young carers often miss out on
opportunities that other children have to play and learn. Many struggle
educationally and are often bullied for being "different". 

This charity aims to provide
information and support to these young people.
