We currently have over 180 runners in the Bath Half this year all aiming to raise as much money as possible for the Ben Saunders Foundation. The charity was founded by Ben in August 2020 to support Children and Young Adults with cancer.

Story

The Ben Saunders Foundation was created in August 2020 as he was suffering from cancer. The aim of the foundation is to support Teenagers and Young Adults with cancer to enable them to have a holiday with their loved ones either before, during or after their treatments. Ben was just 18 years old when he passed away, he was a talented sportsman who excelled in football. He was studying for his A Levels at St Gregory's school in Bath when illness struck. The foundation is completely Ben's idea and his legacy as in his words he never wants to be forgotten. Please support the Ben Saunders Foundation.

About the charity

I ( the founder) Ben Saunders was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer sarcoma attached to my heart which I have been fighting since October 2019. Ben's dream was to give holidays to young adults with cancer. BSF is now a registered charity 1192178 Thank you. Ben Saunders. (BSF).
