Last year my good friend Lindseys dad Martin passed away.

It was sudden and unexpected and it was because of heart disease.(Ischemic heart failure)

I know I cant cure her broken heart but If we raise enough money maybe we can contribute to curing heart disease, and then maybe she can smile and feel a little less sad and know that her dad is making a difference to others, just like he did when he was here.

You may also be interested to know that the last time I rode a bike was xmas day 1991 - when I rode my pink raleigh mustang with spangly spokey dokeys round the block - and then decided cycling was a bit hard and a bit cold ..............................................................
