So, I have decided to put my money where my mouth is and as well as trying to persuade others to take part in this inaugural half marathon around the streets of London in aid of Brook, I also put my name down - SILLY ME!!  

So now I am busy pounding the streets of Leigh on Sea and Southend trying to get fit enough to get around the 13.2 mile course and more importantly to raise much needed funds for Brook.  This amazing charity supports young people across the UK to lead happy and healthy lives, providing a range of relationships and sex education to young people and training for professionals.  Please help me reach my fundraising target and ensure that Brook can continue to deliver programmes and services for young people by sponsoring me.
