Anyone who has known me for longer than 6 months will know that running is not something I've ever considered as a fun way to spend my time. I hope this will spur you on to donate generously!

I decided to run the 10km in memory of my grandmother Miriam Holmes who died 17 years ago of cancer. She was a much loved and inspirational lady and not a day passes without I think about her.

More recently my dear Aunty Sally has suffered with breast cancer fighting a very brave battle and is winning.

My aim is to raise as much money as possible so we can find a cure for all cancers.
