Those who know our family will know that we have been and are still going through an unimaginable Hell after losing our Josh last July. My mental health has understandably suffered and I need to stay positive the best I can for my family and friends. I have decided to try focus on getting outdoors and running to raise not only my mood but to try raise money for the foundation that supported us and still does to this day.
