A year ago our mum Jo was diagnosed with stage 4 Colon Cancer. Fast forward a year and this had spread to her bones. Our mums wish was to spend her final weeks in the comfort of her own beautiful home and thanks to Priscilla Bacon's team we gave her that. The incredible team came to our aid when we felt all was lost and for that we are enternally thankful. The carers and nurses treated our mum with dignity and respect, angels on earth ❤
