We Help and support homeless veterans, and to Improve the lives of veterans in need

Story

I really appreciate the time taking to visit my JustGiving page.

Myself and four other PTIs from JHGN will be conducting a 24hour fitness challenge to raise awareness and money for HELP 4 HOMELESS VETERANS  this charity has helped over 700 veterans get of the streets and can only continue because of the grants, supporters and donations from the general public.

This charity helps veterans with accommodation and by providing a wraparound service of care to those in need, of note this amazing charity helped my good friend amber change her life around when she hit a hard place, therefore I really want to help raise awareness and funds for this incredible small charity based in South Yorkshire.

We will be kicking the event of at 0800 hrs on the 26th October with the Role Fitness Test (soldier) which involves carrying 35kg over 4km in 50 min followed by a 2km best effort carrying 21kg with a number of challenging Representative Military tasks alongside.

We will then be conducting a Soldier Conditioning Review (SCR) on the hour every hour for 24 hours (This is a 2k run followed by 5 other fitness elements)

To finish the event we will conduct another RFT

Over the 24h period we will be covering a distance of 46km and conducting a series of challenging fitness elements- We will be awake every hour on the hour for 24hours

Please share this page and donate if you can - Thank you- From us All 😄
