Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm entering the Vitality 10000 this year in aid of raising money and awareness for Bede House Association. 

I've seen first hand what a great job these amazing people do and they deserve every penny I can raise. 

Anyone who knows me will know I don't even run for a bus so 10k will be some doing, but I've started training and my body hasn't given up on me yet.
