Each year one in four suffer from a mental health problem. Over the years different members of my close family have too. I am now so much more aware of how mental illness can affect anybody from any background or situation. The support is out there through organisations like Mind. I want to fundraise so Mind can better advise, support and campaign for greater awareness, more understanding and improved services.
