Hi, thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

So today, 9th May 2017 is the 10th anniversary of my Dad passing away, many of you knew him and have your own memories of him, most of you never got the chance probably, but I hope you will support me and make a difference to the charities I've chosen to try and help while I honour the memory of my dad.

The 1st Charity I've chosen is Macmillan, they were really helpful to us while dad was ill, with help and support.

The 2nd Charity is called Acacia Partnership Trust, It's run by a friend of ours in Burkina Faso, where life is drastically different and many of the things we take for granted here, drinking water, healthcare, education and many other things are hard to come by! So APT help, drilling wells, building schools, dental care and training so people can continue the work themselves to improve the standard of life for themselves. 

Thirdly, if you cannot donate any cash, it would be great if you could consider donating blood, dad need several transfusions during his treatment and without donors, it would have been a grim situation, so give it a go! you get a free biscuit and cuppa, what's not to like!

So the challenge I've set myself on 24th September is to cycle 100 miles from Birmingham through Staffordshire and Worcestershire and back to Birmingham (hopefully!).
