After years of sitting behind a desk, I have decided to take a break from the dizzy business of adding up numbers. I have also decided to put a little something back into society by raising funds for a couple of charities.

The two charities are: (1) Breast Cancer Research and (2) Multiple Sclerosis Research. Each have organised walking challenge events, and I am hoping to raise £200.00 for each of them.

The challenges are, respectively, to walk 26.2 miles in central London overnight on 11/12 May 2019 (and yes, I shall be wearing a brightly decorated bra), and to walk 10 Wainwright fells within a set time limit of 10 hours on 22 June 2019.
