Event: SimplyHealth Great North Run 2018, on 9 September 2018
In memory of Rod Taylor
Our incredible #TeamMyelomaUK will be taking on 13.1 miles to help make myeloma history.

Story

We are fundraising for Myeloma UK who fund vital research, care and support for people living with blood cancer. Rod Taylor died in January 2018 from Myeloma,  which he bravely lived with for 3 years and underwent numerous rounds of treatment. Rod was a loving husband, an inspirational father and a great friend to many. We miss him every day, but are grateful to have had such an influence in our lives.

We are running in his memory, but also to support a charity that helps others who are living with this condition, with the hope that one day they will find a cure.

We are both doing the Great North Run on 9 September 2018 and Johnny is also competing in the Yorkshire Marathon on 14 October. We are really grateful for all of the support!
