This will be the third year that I will take part in the Belfast Marathon. My aim is to complete it in under three hours.

This year I have decided to raise funds for the Parachute Regiment Afghanistan Trust. The Trust supports Parachute Regiment soldiers and their families right the way across for all four Battalions.
