This just giving page is in celebration of the life of John Halford, a wonderful father, grandfather, husband, brother and friend. John was loved by so many for being a kind, warm hearted and loving man. John always used to make people laugh and was the life and soul of anything he was a part of. In his later life, John was a keen and talented dancer who loved to host dance nights and have fun with members of the community. John lived a wonderful life to the full.

Unfortunately, he fell ill and was admitted to Myton Hospice where he spent his last few days and where his two daughters, who he loved more than anything, visited him every day. Even during the lockdown and struggles of the pandemic, the Myton staff gave John wonderful care. We want to thank the staff for helping him in his last few days and for all the work they have done.

John, we hope wherever you are you are happy and dancing. We all love you so much and you will forever be in our memories. Rest in peace John. xxx
